摘要
球团成品仓放料一般为人工操作,人工成本高,装载效率低,放料过程中产生的粉尘会危及工人健康,造成职业病。简要介绍了自动放料系统的工作原理、构成及计算方法等,详细阐述了步进式放料逻辑,通过现场应用实测,结果表明:自动放料系统各项指标基本达到了预期要求,为球团成品仓步进式自动放料系统的正式应用积累了经验。
The discharging of pellets in the finished product warehouse is generally manual,with high labor costs and low loading efficiency.The dust generated during the discharging process can endanger the health of workers and cause occupational diseases.The working principle,composition,and calculation method of the automatic feeding system are briefly introduced,and the step-by-step feeding logic is described in detail.Through field application and measurement,the results show that the various indicators of the automatic feeding system have basically met the expected requirements,accumulating experience for the formal application of the step-by-step automatic feeding system in the pellet product warehouse.
