摘要
针对掘进巷道过断层破碎带巷道顶板易出现严重下沉的问题,以神华神东煤炭集团某矿3206回风顺槽掘进过断层破碎带工程概况为例,介绍了破碎巷道支护原理,提出了过断层破碎带联合支护方案。经实际应用发现,应用该联合支护方案能有效控制断层破碎带顶板下沉,锚杆、锚索支护密度更大,围岩支护强度更强,顶板下沉量控制在了115 mm以内,取得了较好的支护效果,更好地保障了掘进巷道安全顺利的通过断层破碎带。
In view of the problem that the roof of the roadway is prone to serious subsidence when driving through the fault fracture zone,taking the 3206 return air tunnel driving through the fault fracture zone in a mine of Shenhua Shendong Coal Group as an example,the paper introduces the support principle of the fracture roadway,and proposes a joint support scheme for passing through the fault fracture zone.Through practical application,it is found that the application of this combined support scheme can effectively control the roof subsidence in the fault fracture zone,with a higher density of anchor bolts and anchor cables,stronger support strength of surrounding rock,and a roof subsidence controlled within 115mm,achieving better support effects,better ensuring the safe and smooth passage of the excavated roadway through the fault fracture zone.
