双转子垂直轴潮流能水轮机水动力干扰特性研究

摘要 为了研究双转子垂直轴潮流能水轮机水动力干扰特性及规律,采用计算流体力学方法对双转子水轮机组在定常流下的水动力进行了数值模拟,通过研究典型速比下不同轮机间距、不同转子旋向的双转子轮机的能量利用率、速度场演变、尾流场演化和相应工况下单转子水轮机的对比分析,发现双转子机组水轮机在高速比情况下比单转子水轮机获能效率更高,最高达到36%,而且随着轮机间距的增大双转子轮机增能效果反而降低;由于干扰效应的存在,双转子轮机的叶片表面产生更大的高速区域,尾涡也比单转子轮机更为复杂和混乱,表现为尾涡有偏转且融合的趋势,并随着轮机间距增大而减弱。 In order to study the characteristics and laws of hydrodynamic interference in double rotor vertical axis tidal current tur⁃bines,computational fluid dynamics methods were used to numerically simulate the hydrodynamic forces of dual rotor turbines under steady flow.By studying the energy utilization ratio,velocity field evolution,wake field evolution of double-rotor turbines with different turbine spacing and rotor rotation directions under typical speed ratio and the comparative analysis of single-rotor turbines under corresponding working conditions,it is found that the energy efficiency of double-rotor turbines is higher than that of single-rotor turbines at high speed ratio,reaching as high as 36%,and the energy enhancement effect of double-rotor turbines decreases with the increase of turbine spacing.Due to the existence of interference effects,the blade surface of a double rotor tur⁃bine produces a larger high-speed region,and the tail vortex is also more complex and chaotic than that of a single rotor turbine.The tail vortex has a tendency to deflect and merge,and decreases as the turbine spacing increases.
