摘要
建立科学的临床业务科室教学绩效考核体系对医院教学管理起着至关重要的作用,规范的管理制度有助于加强中医药师资及人才队伍建设,能够在一定程度上促进中医药教育综合改革的推进,而且可以提高医院的工作效率,提升服务质量,进而增强医院核心竞争力。文章依据2018年河南中医药大学第一附属医院印发的《临床业务科室教学工作绩效考核方案》,对河南中医药大学第一附属医院临床业务科室教学绩效考核的目的、对象、具体指标设计、评估体系建设以及河南中医药大学第一附属医院绩效考核方案的优势进行阐述,并对河南中医药大学第一附属医院本绩效考核方案实施3年来教学工作绩效考核方案的落实及实践的成效的情况进行回顾分析,总结分析河南中医药大学第一附属医院及学院型中医院绩效改革行为,以期为建设学院型中医院进行教学绩效考核改革提供思路。
The establishment of a scientific teaching performance evaluation system for clinical business departments plays a vital role in hospital teaching management.A standardized management system helps to strengthen the construction of traditional Chinese medicine teachers and talent team,promotes the comprehensive reform of traditional Chinese medicine education to a certain extent,and improves the hospital's work efficiency and service quality,thus enhancing the hospital's core competitiveness.Based on the Performance Assessment Plan for Teaching Work in Clinical Business Departments issued by He’nan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018,this paper reviews the clinical business departments of He’nan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The purpose,object,design of specific indicators,construction of evaluation system,and the advantages of He’nan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine's performance evaluation plan are advanced.Explanation and the implementation of the performance assessment plan for teaching work in He’nan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for 3 years and the effectiveness of the practice.Review and analyze the situation,summarize and analyze the performance reform behavior of He’nan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and college-type traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,in order to build a college-type traditional Chinese medicine hospital provide ideas for the reform of teaching performance appraisal.
