新型双苯并三氮唑类金属减活剂的合成及性能研究

摘要 以甲基苯并三氮唑、十二烷基胺与甲醛为原料进行缩合反应,合成了N,N-双(甲基苯并三氮唑亚甲基)十二胺金属减活剂。采用正交试验方法,考察了反应过程的影响因素,优化了合成条件;采用红外光谱、质谱和元素分析表征了合成产物的结构与元素组成,并对目标产物进行了性能评定。结果表明:在优化的原料配比n(苯并五元杂环)∶n(甲醛)∶n(烷基胺)=2.0∶2.1∶1.0、溶剂选择无水乙醇、反应温度为80℃、反应时间为5 h条件下,产物收率可达98.0%以上;合成产物相对分子质量为475、元素组成和分子离子特征峰与N,N-双(甲基苯并三氮唑亚甲基)十二胺一致;合成产物的腐蚀抑制性优异、氧化诱导期在350 min以上,碱值仅为110 mgKOH g左右、酸值低于2 mgKOH/g,性能远优于金属减活剂T551,而且热稳定性高、油溶性好,与抗氧剂T203、酸性防锈剂T746配伍协同效应良好。 N,N-bis(methylbenzotriazole methylene)dodecylamine metal deactivator was synthesized by condensation reaction of methylbenzotriazole,dodecylamine and formaldehyde.The synthesis conditions were optimized by orthogonal design.The structure and elemental composition of the synthesized product were characterized by IR,MS and elemental analysis,and the performance of the target product was evaluated.The results showed that the yield was over 98.0%under the conditions of optimized ratio of raw material of n(methylbenzotriazole)∶n(Formaldehyde)∶n(alkylamine)=2.0∶2.1∶1.0,anhydrous ethanol as solvent,reaction temperature of 80℃and reaction time of 5 h.The relative molecular weight of the synthesized product was 475,and the element composition and molecular ion characteristic peak were consistent with N,N-bis(methylbenzotriazole methylene)dodecylamine.The corrosion inhibition of the synthetic product was excellent,the oxidation induction period was over 350 min,the base value was only about 110 mgKOH/g,the acid value was less than 2 mgKOH/g.The performance of the synthesized product was much better than that of deactivator T551,and had high thermal stability,good oil solubility and good synergistic effect with antioxidant T203 and acid antirust agent T746.
