从《义务教育艺术课程标准》看中小学音乐教师的专业知识与技术要求

摘要 2022年4月,教育部印发《义务教育艺术课程标准》,结束了义务教育“音乐”“美术”“艺术”3个课程标准并存的局面,开启了艺术教育全国统一标准的新时代。新版艺术课程标准将艺术课程内容规定为音乐、美术、舞蹈、戏剧(含戏曲)、影视(含数字媒体艺术)5个学科的一体化体系,采取“一科切入,兼及数科”和“分段式”教学模式。新标准在3~9年级艺术课程的音乐学科设置了6项教学任务,对中小学音乐教师提出了专业理论知识和技能的新要求,同时也对培养中小学艺术课程教师的高校音乐教育专业、艺术教育专业提出了专业课程教学的改革要求。 In April 2022,the Ministry of Education issued the“National Art Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education”,ending the coexistence of the three curriculum standards of“music”,“fine arts”,and“art”in the period of compulsory education,and thus opening a new era of unified national standards for art education.The“National Art Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education”stipulates that the content of art courses is an integrated system of five disciplines:music,fine arts,dance,drama(including traditional Chinese opera),and film and television(including digital media art),which adopts a“one subject-based with other subjects supplemented”and“stage-based”teaching model.The new Standards proposes 6 teaching tasks for the music subject of art courses in grades 3-9,requiring primary and secondary school music teachers to possess theoretical knowledge and skills.At the same time,this also puts forward reform requirements for the teaching of professional courses in the music education major and art education major that cultivate art course teachers in primary and secondary schools.
