农业榨汁机机械结构设计与分析

摘要 针对传统农业榨汁机榨汁过程中,易出现过滤网孔堵塞、果料分解碎屑大小不易调节、榨汁效率低等问题,设计了一种农业榨汁机,通过分解装置和调节螺杆,实现了果料分解和分解碎屑调节的功能;通过排渣反馈装置和刮块,实现了农业榨汁机自动排渣和过滤网孔除渣的功能。设计的农业榨汁机榨汁效率高,效果好,达到装置设计的技术要求及有益效果。利用SolidWorks软件建立各个零件的三维模型并对关键零件进行有限元分析,对机架进行模态分析。该研究为农业榨汁机的设计制造提供了理论和方法支持。 In the process of traditional fruit pulp press,problems such as clogging of filter mesh,difficulty in adjusting the size of fruit material decomposition debris,and low juice extraction efficiency are easy to occur.A kind of fruit pulp machine was designed.Through the decomposition device and adjusting screw,the functions of fruit material decomposition and chip decomposition adjustment were realized;Through the feedback device and scraping block,the functions of automatic slag discharge and filter mesh slag removal of the fruit pulp machine are realized.The designed fruit pulp machine has high juice pressing efficiency and good effect,meeting the technical requirements and beneficial effects of the device design.Use SolidWorks software to establish the three-dimensional model of each part,carry out finite element analysis of key parts,and carry out modal analysis of the frame.This study provides a theoretical and methodological basis for the design and manufacture of fruit pulper.
