石墨烯浆料对水性环氧涂料防腐性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本研究以水性环氧树脂乳液EP203为基体,石墨烯浆料/粉料为防腐填料制备石墨烯/环氧复合防腐涂料。首先通过莱卡显微镜观察其分散选择分散效果好的分散剂种类,通过耐盐雾实验和电化学腐蚀曲线选择防腐效果较好的石墨烯形式,结果发现:使用石墨烯浆料配合专用水性分散剂的防腐涂料分散效果及耐腐蚀效果最佳;然后改变石墨烯浆料用量制备多组防腐涂料,通过耐盐雾试验、电化学检测、力学性能检测等测试,讨论分析防腐助剂用量对水性涂料防腐性能的影响,结果表明:石墨烯浆料用量为0.9%时防腐涂料有较好的分散效果,且耐腐蚀性能最佳,同时也具备良好的硬度、冲击强度等力学性能。 In this study,the graphene/epoxy composite anticorrosive coatings were prepared using aqueous epoxy emulsion EP203 as Matrix and graphene slurry/powder as anticorrosive filler.Firstly,types of dispersant with good dispersion effect were observed by Leica microscope,and the form of graphene with good anticorrosion effect was selected by salt spray test and electrochemical corrosion curve,the results show that the dispersion and corrosion resistance of the anti-corrosive coatings are the best when the graphite slurry is combined with the special water-borne dispersant.Through salt spray test,electrochemical test and mechanical property test,the influence of the amount of anti-corrosion additive on the anti-corrosion property of water-borne coatings was discussed.The results show that the anti-corrosion coating with 0.9%graphite slurry has good dispersion effect and the best corrosion resistance,as well as good hardness,impact strength and other mechanical properties.
