摘要
为了满足产业结构调整、优质饲草产业发展对中小型食草畜禽的需求,2005年起开展了野生翅果菊(Lactuca indica)种质资源栽培驯化工作,通过野外单株收集、扩繁,经过单株选择、混合选育,驯化出‘闽北翅果菊’新品种,并于2019年通过全国草品种审定委员会审定。2013-2018年进行品种比较试验、区域试验和生产试验,结果表明:‘闽北翅果菊’年平均干草产量达4552.2 kg·hm^(−2),较对照原始群体、‘蒙早苦荬菜’分别显著增产24.33%和26.68%(P<0.05);在抽薹期第1次刈割鲜草粗蛋白质平均含量可达27.56%;且具有较强的适应性。本研究结果表明,‘闽北翅果菊’是一种适合南方地区栽培草地建植的优质牧草新品种。
To meet the needs of small and medium-sized herbivorous livestock and poultry for industrial structure and the development of high-quality forage industry,the cultivation and domestication of wildLactuca indica germplasm resources has been performed since 2005.Using individual selection and mixed breeding,a new variety,L.indica‘Minbei’was domesticated and registered by the Chinese Herbage Cultivar Registration Board in 2019.Variety comparison trial and regional and field trials were conducted from 2013 to 2018.The average‘Minbei’hay yield was 4552.2 kg·ha−1 which was 24.33%~26.68%higher than that of the control variety(L.indica‘Mengzao’),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The average crude protein content of the first mowing fresh grass during the bolting period can reach 27.56%.This variety has strong adaptability and is a high-quality forage grass adapted to planting in artificial grassland in the southern region of China.
