摘要
【目的】一般方法无法对过于复杂的标准圆柱齿轮三维建模及大变位系数直齿圆柱齿轮建模,探讨如何解决该问题。【方法】本研究运用SolidWorks相关插件和参数化方法来简化和解决问题。只要将相关数据输入到插件中,便可获得想要的齿轮。在用参数化方法绘制大变位系数齿轮时,先利用渐开线函数直角坐标方程绘制出渐开线,再通过镜像、拉伸、切除、阵列等画出齿轮。【结果】通过以上方法,可绘制出模数、齿数、齿宽不同的齿轮模型。【结论】插件的运用能大大提高齿轮建模效率,参数化方法能解决大变位系数直齿圆柱齿轮建模问题。
[Purposes]The general method can not solve the problem that the three-dimensional modeling of standard cylindrical gears and spur gears with large modification coefficients are too complex.[Meth-ods]This study used SolidWorks-related plug-ins and parametric methods to simplify and solve prob-lems.As long as the relevant data is input into the plug-in,the desired gear can be obtained.Before drawing gears with large modification coefficient by parametric method,the involute is drawn by using the rectangular coordinate equation of involute function,and then the gears are drawn by mirroring,stretching,cutting and arraying.[Findings]Through the above methods,the gear models with different modulus,tooth number and tooth width can be drawn.[Conclusions]The application of plug-in can greatly improve the efficiency of gear modeling,and the parametric method can solve the modeling prob-lem of spur gear with large modification coefficient.
