Starlink星座对我国国土及周边空间域影响分析

摘要 针对Starlink星座对我国空间域的潜在影响,构建了空间域影响分析模型。首先,基于Starlink星座的轨道参数和卫星数量,使用STK软件搭建了其星座模型;其次,在我国内地、台海地区和台湾省分别划定覆盖区域,并以最大可见卫星数、被覆盖时间占比和无覆盖时段的时间间隔为指标,分析了Starlink星座对各覆盖区域的覆盖特性,重点关注台海区域和台湾省两个热点地区;接着,搭建了Starlink星座对我国特定地球静止轨道(GEO)卫星和不同地面信关站的下行通信的干扰模型,以载干比(C/I)和干扰时间百分比为指标,对其进行干扰分析;最后,基于覆盖分析和干扰分析的结果,使用地理信息系统(GIS)生成了覆盖特性可视化的态势图。通过仿真实验得出的结果,可以为我国评估Starlink星座的影响程度和制定相应的应对措施提供参考依据。 In response to the potential influence of the Starlink satellite constellation to China’s space domain,this article constructs a space domain influence analysis model.Firstly,based on the orbit parameters and the number of satellites of Starlink,its constellation model is built using Satellite Tool Kit(STK)software.Secondly,the coverage areas are defined respectively in China's Mainland,the Taiwan Strait region,and Taiwan province,and the coverage characteristics of Starlink in each coverage area are analyzed with the maximum visible satellite number,the total sum of coverage time(percentage),and the time interval without coverage as indicators,focusing on the Taiwan Strait region and Taiwan province.Then,the interference model of Starlink’s downlink communication with specific geostationary synchronous orbit(GEO)satellites and different ground stations in China is built,and interference analysis is carried out with carrier-to-interference ratio(C/I)and interference time percentage as indicators.Finally,based on the results of coverage analysis and interference analysis,the situation map of coverage characteristics is generated by using geographic information system(GIS).The results of simulation experiments can provide a reference basis for China to evaluate the influence level of the Starlink constellation system and formulate corresponding countermeasures.
