摘要
铝塑复合包装废弃物难分质、难回收利用、难焚烧处理,污染重,亟待治理。采用碱液浸透-机械分离的方法实现铝塑精准分离,得到含杂量低的再生低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和强碱性含铝废液。考察水和铝塑膜液固比、氢氧化钠浓度、搅拌速率、浸泡时间及温度等分离条件对铝浸出率的影响。强碱性含铝废液与聚合氯化铝(PAC)进行复配,可作为絮凝剂用于处理纸塑分离废水,达到铝塑分离的同时实现污水处理,“以废治废”。提出了强碱性含铝废液与PAC复配体系的絮凝机理。
Aluminum-plastic composite packaging waste is difficult to separate,recycle and incinerate,so the caused heavy pollution is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the method of lye infiltration-mechanical separation is used to achieve precise separation of aluminum-plastic,and the recycled low-density polyethylene(LDPE)film with low impurity content and strong alkaline aluminum-containing waste liquid are obtained.The effects of separation conditions such as water and aluminum-plastic film liquid-solid ratio,concentration of sodium hydroxide,stirring rate,soaking time and temperature on aluminum leaching rate were investigated.The strong alkaline aluminum-containing waste liquid is compounded with polymerized aluminum chloride(PAC),which can be used as a flocculant for treating paper-plastic separation wastewater to achieve aluminum-plastic separation while realizing wastewater treatment and"treating waste with waste".The flocculation mechanism of the compounding system of strongly alkaline aluminum-containing waste liquid and PAC was proposed.
