摘要
目的了解我国专科护理质量指标研究热点及发展趋势,为进一步推动专科护理质量深入研究提供参考。方法在中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普期刊全文数据库检索我国2000年1月1日-2022年9月13日发表于中文核心期刊的专科护理质量指标相关研究。采用CiteSpace6.1.R3软件对发文量、作者和研究机构合作情况、高频关键词、关键词共现和突现词等进行可视化分析。结果共纳入149篇文献,发文量总体呈上升趋势。研究机构和作者分布均较分散,相互合作不紧密。研究热点有护理质量、质量指标、德尔菲法、护理管理等,研究前沿为敏感指标和满意度等。结论我国专科护理质量指标研究处于发展阶段。建议相关机构和研究者持续关注专科护理质量指标研究,拓宽研究视角,规范指标临床实证研究,丰富指标构建方法,关注患者结局指标,加强护理信息化建设等。
Objective To investigate the research hotspot and development trend of specialized nursing quality index,and provide reference for further promoting the development of specialized nursing quality.Methods China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and VIP database were used to search relevant studies on specialized nursing quality index published in Chinese core journals from January 1,2000 to September 13,2022.CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software was used to analyze the number of publications,the cooperation between authors and research institutions,high-frequency keywords,keyword co-occurrence and emergent words,etc.Results A total of 149 literatures were included,and the number of publications showed an increasing trend.The distribution of research institutions and authors was scattered,and the cooperation was not close.The research hotspots included nursing quality,quality index,Delphi method,nursing management,etc.The research frontiers included sensitive index and satisfaction.Conclusion The research of specialized nursing quality index is in the developing stage.It is suggested that relevant institutions and researchers continue to pay attention to the study of specialized nursing quality indicators,broaden the research perspective,standardize the clinical empirical research of indicators,enrich the index construction methods,pay attention to patient outcome indicators,strengthen the construction of nursing information,etc.
