摘要
针对影响拖拉机噪声的因素,分别进行了发动机罩侧板、不同类型风扇、机罩内壁粘贴隔音棉、供油提前角及不同消声器对噪声影响试验。研究表明带侧板比不带侧板最高可降低2.17 dB(A)拖拉机噪声,发动机机罩粘贴隔音棉比不粘贴可有效的降低了0.73 dB(A)噪声。其他几种因素对拖拉机噪声影响不明显。通过对拖拉机噪声产生机理分析,及影响拖拉机噪声因素的试验,为后续拖拉机设计提供参考。
It is well known that many factors can affect tractor noise.During the present study,the influence of the hood side panels,different fan specifications,hood inner wall with or without pasting sound insulation cotton,oil supply advance angle,and different muffler on the tractor noise has been carried out.The experimental results have shown that the tractor with side panels than the tractor without side panels can reduce up to 2.17 dB(A)tractor noise.And the inner wall with pasting sound insulation cotton engine than not paste can effectively reduce the tractor engine running noise,about 0.73 dB(A).Fan specifications have no significant impact on tractor noise.The type of cooling fan,oil supply advance angle,and muffler size does not have a significant effect on tractor noise.Meanwhile,the influence mechanism of factors on noise is analyzed.The preset study can provide for the tractor design in the future.
