盲巷贯通前瓦斯排放新技术实践——钻孔"压风抽采"法 被引量:1

摘要 针对平岗煤矿盲巷贯通前,存在瓦斯排放效果不佳及瓦斯超限的技术难题,本文深度剖析平岗煤矿底部层北翼采区33#左一改造上巷贯通前的瓦斯排放的技术难点,结合煤矿现有技术装备,提出了钻孔"压风抽采"法的新技术实践,通过人为构造局部通风系统的瓦斯排放方式,有效地解决了巷道贯通前盲巷瓦斯排放的难题,实践结果表明:新技术具有提高钻孔抽采流量,稀释盲巷内瓦斯浓度,保持巷道较高的正压环境,逆转采空区瓦斯流向,减少采空区瓦斯涌出,实现盲巷瓦斯精准抽采的技术优势,对照采用新技术前后钻孔瓦斯抽绝对涌出量,瓦斯抽采量是前者的1.5-1.6倍,贯通前后,33#左一改造上巷内瓦斯浓度均为0.2%,达到了预期的瓦斯抽排效果,保证巷道安全贯通和煤矿的安全生产,进一步健全了煤矿防灾治灾体系. In response to the technical difficulties of poor gas emissions and excessive gas before the blind end of Pinggang Coal Mine was connected,this article deeply analyzed the technical difficulties of gas emissions before the transformation of the left-up roadway of No.33 in the north wing mining area on the bottom layer of the coal mine.Combining with the current technology and equipment level of the coal mine,a new technology practice of"drilling wind pressure and extraction"is proposed.By artificially constructing a local ventilation system for gas emission,it effectively solved the problem of gas emission in the blind end before the roadway was connected.The practical results show that the new technology has the technical advantages of improving the flow rate of drilling and extraction,diluting the gas concentration in the blind roadway,maintaining a higher positive pressure environment in the roadway,reversing the direction of gas flow in the goaf,reducing the total amount of exhaust,and achieving accurate extraction of gas in the blind roadway.Compared with the absolute outburst of gas extraction from drill holes before and after the use of new technology,the gas extraction amount is 1.5-1.6 times that of the former.Before and after the connection of the roadway,the gas concentration in the left-up roadway of No.33 is 0.2%,which achieves the expected gas emission effect and ensures the safe connection of the roadway and the safety production of the coal mine,and further improves the coal mine safety and disaster prevention system.
