摘要
目的:探索新冠疫情下SP(standardized patient)结合PBL(problem⁃based learning)的线上教学与LBL(lecture⁃based learning)在呼吸科临床见习中的应用及效果。方法:选取2020年5月至6月在钉钉网参加西南医科大学附属医院呼吸科SP结合PBL线上临床见习的2016级临床学生60名,2020年6月至8月接受LBL的2016级临床学生58名,分别对两组课后的满意度、理论知识及病历书写、教学效果评价进行对比。结果:学生对SP结合PBL的线上教学满意度较高,此教学模式既能达到教学目的,又能激发学生的学习兴趣,加强知识记忆。结论:在新冠肺炎疫情等突发公共卫生事件下,SP结合PBL的线上教学是有效的教学模式,可进一步完善推广。
Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness of SP(standardized patient)combined with PBL(project⁃based teaching)online teaching and LBL(traditional teaching)in respiratory clinical attachment under COVID⁃19.Methods:Sixty 2016 clinical students who participated in the SP combined with PBL online clinical attachment in respiratory medicine at the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from May to June 2020 and 582016 clinical students who received LBL from June to August 2020 were selected to compare the satisfaction,theoretical knowledge and medical record writing,and teaching effectiveness evaluations after the classes of the two groups,respectively.Results:Students were more satisfied with SP combined with PBL in pinned online teaching,and this teaching mode could achieve the teaching objectives as well as stimulate students'learning interest and enhance knowledge retention.Conclusion:In the context of public health emergencies such as COVID⁃19 pandemic,the SP combined with PBL pinned online teaching model is an effective teaching model and can be further improved and promoted.
