摘要
镁钙砖在生产过程中,因原料质量控制不严,烧结后会在外表面存在孔洞的缺陷,对产品造成极大的损失和资源浪费。本文通过对镁钙砖粉洞系统进行成分检测、XRD物相分析、SEM扫描电镜的微观检测,最终确定因镁钙砂原料的SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3)杂质较高且富集,从而导致C_(2)S(硅酸二钙)和C_(3)S(硅酸三钙)的转化,且在硅、铝的富集处形成低熔点的镁蔷薇辉石和高铝的低熔物矿物相。
During the production of magnesium calcium bricks,due to lax quality control of raw materials,there may be defects such as air voids left on the surfaces of calcined bricks,causing great products losses and resource waste.In this paper,by means of conducting microscopic detections such as component analysis,XRD phase analysis,and SEM scanning electron microscopy to the air voids in the magnesium calcium bricks,it is found that the excessive content of SiO_(2)and Al_(2)O_(3)impurities in the magnesium calcium sand causes the conversion of C_(2)S(dicalcium silicate)and C_(3)S(tricalcium silicate)and the formation of manganolite with low melting point and low melting mineral phase with high aluminum at the enrichment of silicon and aluminum.
