摘要
【目的】枫桦作为理想的用材和园林绿化树种,具有较高的生态和经济价值。当前枫桦资源紧缺,需加强人工培育来满足资源储备。因枫桦种子短寿命休眠、成熟度不高且采集困难的缺点,不适于播种繁殖,扦插成为枫桦适宜的繁殖手段之一。研究不同处理下的枫桦嫩枝扦插的生根效果,为其快速繁殖和推广应用提供理论支撑和技术支持。【方法】以2~3年生枫桦嫩枝为扦插材料,按照L18(37)正交实验设计开展扦插试验,对不同基质种类、取材部位、激素种类、激素质量浓度、处理时间等因素下的插穗生根率、最大根长、不定根数和根系效果指数等生根指标进行测定分析。【结果】扦插基质对生根率、最大根长具有极显著影响,对不定根数和根系效果指数有显著影响。取材部位对生根率、不定根数和最大根长呈极显著影响,对根系效果指数影响显著。激素种类对生根率、平均根长具有极显著影响,对其他指标无显著影响。激素质量浓度、处理时间对各指标影响不显著。【结论】处理16[基质3(蛭石+细河沙+泥炭土)+梢部插穗+500 mg·L-1 ABT+处理30 min]的扦插效果最好且生根率达38.89%,是本研究中枫桦嫩枝扦插的最优处理。
【Objective】As an ideal timber and landscaping tree species,Betula costata has great ecological and economic value.At present,the resources of B.costata are scarce,so artificial cultivation should be strengthened to meet the resource reserve.B.costata is not suitable for sowing propagation due to seed characteristics of short-life,dormancy,low maturity and difficult collection,therefore,cutting becomes one of the suitable means.The purpose of the study was to explore the rooting effect of tender cutting of B.costata under different treatments and provide theoretical and technical support for its rapid propagation and application.【Method】According to L18(37)orthogonal experimental design,we measured the rooting indicators,including rooting rate,the longest root length,number of adventitious roots and root effect indexes under the different factors(substrate type,sampling site,hormone type,hormone concentration and treatment time)by using the 2-3-year-old shoots as the cutting materials.【Result】The cutting substrate had a significant effect on rooting rate,longest root length,adventitious root number and root effect indexes.The rooting rate,number of adventitious roots,longest root length and root effect index were significantly affected by the sampling site.The kinds of hormones showed significant effects on rooting rate and average root length,but had no significant effects on other indexes.Hormone concentration and treatment time had no significant effect on each index.【Conclusion】We found that treatment 16[Substrate 3(vermiculite+fine river sand+peat soil)+the upper cuttings+500 mg·L^(-1)ABT+30 min soak]was the best,with a rooting rate of 38.89%.
