摘要
为开发出一种能生产优良性能的熔喷非织造布的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),以PET为主要原料,共混一定质量分数的超支化聚酯进行熔融再造粒,采用熔喷工艺制备非织造布,测试样品的力学性能、孔径分布、孔隙率及过滤效率等,探究不同质量分数的超支化聚酯对PET可纺性的影响。研究发现,共混一定质量分数的超支化聚酯能够有效地降低PET的黏度,但当超支化聚酯的质量分数过多时,PET的黏度会有所回升。超支化聚酯的质量分数为0.5%时能制备出孔隙率大、过滤效率高、纤维直径细的熔喷非织造布。
In order to develop a kind of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)that could produce melt-blown nonwovens with excellent properties,PET was used as the main raw material to blend a certain mass fraction of hyperbranched polyester for melting and granulating.The nonwovens were prepared by melt-blown process.The mechanical properties,pore size distribution,porosity and filtration efficiency of the samples were tested to explore the effects of different mass fractions of hyperbranched polyester on PET spinnability.The study found that blending a certain mass fraction of hyperbranched polyester could effectively reduce the viscosity of PET,but when the mass fraction of hyperbranched polyester was too much high,the viscosity of PET would rebound.When the mass fraction of hyperbranched polyester was 0.5%,the melt-blown nonwovens with large porosity,high filtration efficiency and fine fiber diameter could be prepared.
