摘要
为研究不同织物所需的各类阻燃剂的涂覆量,采用BS 5852专用测试装置对阻燃整理后的织物进行阻燃测试试验。试验结果表明,长丝织物所需的普通型、高效型、环保型阻燃剂的涂覆量依次为90、100和120 g/m2。当普通型阻燃剂TF-681和TF-689C在50/50涤/棉混纺织物上的涂覆量为70 g/m2时,TF-681整理的织物通过阻燃测试试验,而TF-689C涂覆的织物未通过试验,TF-681整理的织物气相阻燃性能优于TF-689C的。因此,棉纤维质量分数高的织物应选择气相阻燃性能好的阻燃剂。
In order to study the amount of various flame retardants on different fabrics,the flame retardant finishing fabrics were tested by a BS 5852 special test device.The experimental results show that in order to obtain the flame-retardant effect,the amount of ordinary,high-efficiency and environment-friendly foamed flame-retardants on the filament fabric is 90,100 and 120 g/m^(2).Ordinary flame retardants TF-681 and TF-689C at a mass fraction of 70 g/m^(2) are used to coat the 50/50 polyester/cotton blended fabric.The TF-681 treated fabric passes the flame-retardant test,but the TF-689C treated one fails.The flame-refardant property of the TF-681 freacted fabric is superior to that of the TF-689C treated one.Thus,the gas-phase flame-retardant property of the product with good gas phase flame-retardant effect should be chosen to treat fabrics with high cotton contents.
