摘要
为了实现四杆机构驱动的伺服化,采用Creo对一个垂直运动的四杆机构建立三维实体模型,并在其后处理模块进行仿真分析,再通过搭建惯量计算模型分析它的惯量变化,最后进行电动机惯量匹配和选型。
Creo is used to establish a three-dimensional solid model of a vertically moving four-bar mechanism,and the simulation analysis is carried out in its post-processing module.Then its inertia change is analyzed by building an inertia calculation model,and finally the motor inertia matching and selection are carried out to achieve the purpose of servo of the four-bar mechanism.
