摘要
物流中心在现代企业运营中起着重要作用,影响着地区和城市的经济发展,物流中心的建设需要系统规划和详细论证。该研究采用百蝶物流中心规划与运营平台,从物流中心建设的区域设计、设施设备、人员规划三个方面,本着宏观和微观结合、定性和定量相结合的思想,进行物流中心全面的规划设计,并给出实例验证平台和方法的可行性和合理性,以期为企业物流中心规划与设计决策提供参考。
Logistics center plays an important role in the operation of modern enterprises and affects the economic development of regions and cities.The construction of the logistics center requires systematic planning and detailed demonstration.This paper adopts the planning and operation platform of Baidie Logistics Center,and carries out the comprehensive planning and design of the logistics center from the three aspects of the regional design,facilities and equipment,and personnel planning of the logistics center construction,and give examples to verify the feasibility and rationality of the platform and method,in order to provide reference for enterprise logistics center planning and design decisions.
