摘要
目的探讨集束化护理在幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)阳性儿童无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月至2022年5月在九江市妇幼保健院接受无痛胃镜检查的Hp阳性患儿60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上展开集束化护理,比较两组患儿的检查配合度与检查效率、肠道准备清洁程度、不良事件发生情况及患儿家属满意度。结果观察组患儿的检查配合度、一次性插管成功率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且检查操作时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组左侧段、右侧段、横段结肠的清洁度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理应用于Hp阳性儿童检查中可有效提升其检查配合度、检查效率、肠道准备清洁度,并降低不良事件发生率,进一步提升患儿家属满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing in painless gastroscopy of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive children.Methods A total of 60 Hp-positive children who underwent painless gastroscopy in Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to the random number table method,with the control group receiving conventional care and the observation group receiving intensive care on the basis of the control group.The examination coordination and efficiency,the degree of bowel preparation and cleanliness,the incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction of the children's family members were compared between the two groups.Results The children in the observation group were significantly more cooperative with the examination and the success rate of one-time intubation than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the examination operation time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the cleanliness scores of the left segment,right segment and transverse colon in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The family members of the children in the observation group were significantly more satisfied than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing in the examination of Hp-positive children can effectively improve the examination cooperation,examination efficiency and cleanliness of bowel preparation,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and further improve the satisfaction of family members of children.
