摘要
目的探讨一次性根管充填在隐裂牙伴牙髓炎中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月吉安市第一人民医院收治的86例隐裂牙伴牙髓炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组与参照组,每组各43例。试验组采用一次性根管充填治疗,参照组采用多次根管充填治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、治疗效果、不良反应发生率。结果治疗前两组患者的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组VAS评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组不良反应总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在隐裂牙伴牙髓炎患者的临床治疗中应用一次性根管充填治疗的效果显著,能提升患者的治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of one-time root canal filling in cracked teeth with pulpitis.Methods A total of 86 patients with cracked teeth and pulpitis from January 2020 to December 2021 in Ji'an First People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with one-time root canal filling,and the reference group was treated with multiple root canal fillings.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of one-time root canal filling in the clinical treatment of patients with cracked teeth and pulpitis has a significant effect,can improve the treatment effect of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
