摘要 糖皮质激素(GCs)在临床上使用十分广泛,由此诱发的激素性股骨头坏死(GA-ONFH)的发病率逐年上升,发病年龄亦日趋年轻。国内每年报告新发病例在100~200万[1]。多数病人罹患后会在2~3年内股骨头塌陷,随后髋关节发生骨性关节炎。大部分病人最终只能选择关节置换.
