摘要
为提升EBZ220型掘进机驾驶操纵系统的便捷性、舒适性和安全性,阐述了EBZ220型掘进机的驾驶操纵布置、驾驶减振系统、液压操纵系统、远程无线遥控操纵系统、自动行驶系统、远程可视化操纵及调度指挥系统、人-机-环系统等设计的关键技术。在截割工况下对驾驶室司机位置环境进行测试,最大噪声值为85 dB(A),脉冲振动最大加速度为30.17 m/s^(2),低于31.44 m/s^(2),对人体无危害;随机振动最大加速度为0.313 m/s^(2),小于0.315 m/s^(2),司机无不舒适感,持续工作一个生产班无疲劳感。该操纵系统不仅改善了司机作业环境,提高了掘进机的施工效率、安全性及可靠性,也为煤矿井下掘进工作面向智能化、无人化发展提供了技术支撑。
In order to improve the convenience,comfort and safety of the driving control system of the EBZ220 tunnel boring machine,the key technologies of the EBZ220 tunnel boring machine,such as the driving control layout,the driving vibration reduction system,the hydraulic control system,the remote wireless control system,the automatic driving system,the remote visual control and dispatching system,and the man-machine-environment system were introduced.Under the cutting condition,when testing the position environment of the driver,the maximum noise value in the cab was 85 dB(A),and the maximum acceleration of pulse vibration was 30.17 m/s^(2),lower than 31.44 m/s^(2),which was harmless to human body.Meanwhile,the maximum acceleration of random vibration was 0.313 m/s^(2),lower than 0.315 m/s^(2),so the driver did not feel uncomfortable and could continue working for a production shift without fatigue.Therefore,this control system not only improved the driver's working environment and increased the construction efficiency,safety and reliability of the tunnel boring machine,but also provided the technical support for intelligent and unmanned development of underground tunneling working face in coal mines.
