摘要
目的分析冰毒依赖与健康女性青少年认知功能的差异。方法选取40名18~25岁四川省某女子戒毒所冰毒依赖青少年作为冰毒依赖组,选取40名某社区及学校健康女性青少年作为健康对照组,使用维也纳测试系统分别进行注意力、工作记忆、视觉运动协调测试。结果冰毒依赖组平均反应时、反应时的分散、专注力参数均比健康对照组差,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.064,2.152,-1.883;P均<0.05)。冰毒依赖组个人参数、工作项目、工作时间成绩均比健康对照组差,两组在个人参数、工作项目指标上的差异具有统计学意义(t=-6.225,-2.678;P<0.05)。冰毒依赖组平均角度偏差、分散角度偏差、理想范围内的时间均比健康对照组差,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.807,3.343,-3.052;P均<0.01)。结论吸食冰毒会损伤青少年的认知功能,关注冰毒依赖青少年受损情况并采取必要的干预措施,帮助其更好地回归社会。建议加强青少年的禁毒教育,预防药物滥用。
Objective To explore the difference in cognitive function between methamphetamine dependence and healthy controls in female adolescents.Methods Forty methamphetamine dependent adolescents from a women's drug rehabilitation center in Sichuan province were selected as the methamphetamine dependent group,and 40 healthy female adolescents from a community and school were selected as the healthy control group.The Vienna test system was used to test attention,working memory and visual motor coordination.Results Average reaction time,distraction and concentration parameters of methamphetamine dependent group were worse than those of healthy control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.064,2.152,-1.883;P<0.05).The personal parameters,work items and working times of the methamphetamine dependent group were worse than those of healthy control group,and the differences in personal parameters and work items between the two groups were statistically significant(t=-6.225,-2.678;P<0.05).The average Angle deviation,dispersion Angle deviation and time within ideal range of methamphetamine dependent group were worse than those of healthy control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.807,3.343,-3.052;P<0.01).Conclusion Methamphetamine can damage the cognitive function of adolescents.Focusing on the impaired situation of methamphetamine dependent youths and taking necessary interventional measures can help them to return to society.Meanwhile,strengthen the relevant education of healthy young people to provide a certain theoretical basis for reducing social hazard.
