摘要
历史建筑作为不可再生的文化遗产具有重要而独特的价值。历史建筑在长期使用状态下存在不可逆老化、损伤与功能失效等情况,其关键部位的修缮保护、功能恢复工作,在城市更新与发展的时代背景下,应运而生。本文以上海某优秀历史建筑修复工程为案例,介绍其关键部位修缮施工工艺,并针对优秀历史建筑修复过程中的结构加固、配套设施提升、外立面及装修改造部分的重点、难点,制定了有效的施工方案和管理措施,延续建筑的文化价值,提高了优秀历史建筑的安全性与舒适性,为后续优秀历史建筑修复提供借鉴和参考。
Based on the historical background of urban renewal and development,historic buildings have irreversible damage,aging and functional failure under long-term use,and the restoration and protection of key parts of them come into being.Taking an outstanding historical building restoration project in Shanghai as a case study,we introduce the construction process of restoration of key parts,and formulate effective construction plans and management measures for the structural reinforcement,upgrading of supporting facilities,facade and decoration renovation parts of the outstanding historical building restoration process.The cultural value of the building was preserved,and the safety and comfort of the outstanding historical building was improved.It provides reference and reference for the subsequent restoration of historical buildings.
