摘要
菊苣酸又称二咖啡酒石酸,是一种咖啡酸衍生物,对免疫系统具有重要的调节作用,可以增强机体免疫、促进固有免疫和适应性免疫、提高免疫细胞功能、调控细胞因子与抗体、调节免疫器官生长发育。文章主要综述了菊苣酸调节免疫系统的作用机制,以期为菊苣酸在兽医临床免疫方面的开发与应用提供参考。
Chicoric acid, also known as dicaffeine tartaric acid, is a caffeic acid derivative. It has important regulatory effects on the immune system, which can enhance body's immunity, promote inherent immunity and adaptive immunity, improve immune cell function, regulate cytokines and antibodies, and regulate the growth and development of immune organs. This article mainly reviewed the mechanism of cicereic acid regulating immune system in order to provide reference for the development and application of cicereic acid in veterinary clinical immunity.
