摘要
党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央在国家安全领域实现了多个方面的创新,为我国国家安全理论和实践开拓了新路径,提供了新方法。在面临更加严峻复杂的外部环境的形势下,中国共产党着力推进国家安全理论、制度和保障平台建设,取得了一系列成果,形成了大安全格局,为保障国家经济社会可持续发展,防范化解各类国家安全风险以及落实全球发展倡议和全球安全倡议作出了独特贡献。实践证明,在以习近平同志为核心的党中央的正确领导下,坚持总体国家安全观,不断加强国家安全领域的集成创新,提升应对新型国家安全风险的能力和水平,是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义,建设社会主义现代化强国十分重要的一环。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core has achieved the innovations in a few aspects in national security,exploiting the new approaches to China's national security theory and practice while providing new methods.Facing the in‐creasingly severe and external situations,the CPC steadily promotes the construction of the theory,institution and platform for the national security,makes a series of achievements,and establishes the overarching security pattern.Particular contributions have been made to ensuring the sustainable development of national economy and society,preventing and resolving a variety of risks in the national security,and ng the Global Development Initiative and Global Security Initiative.It has been proved that under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping at the core,insisting on the holistic view of national security,strengthening the integrated innovation in the national security area and improving the capability and level in dealing with new risks against the national security are the significant component to uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,as well as build a great modern socialist country.
