摘要 为了更清晰地展现出不同代际小学语文名师教育理念的不断变革,文本选取了东北师范大学附属小学建校70年以来的语文学科名师为研究对象,通过对其教育思想、教学实践以及相关论著的梳理,从个人视角出发,试图总结和归纳不同时代背景下具有附小特色的语文教师教育理念的共通点以及独特性,同时尝试挖掘小学语文教师在大时代背景下教育理念的代际间延续与创新之处,为一线语文教师的专业成长提供有效的资源和宝贵的学习经验。 In order to clearly show the continuous changes of the educational ideas of famous Chinese teachers in primary schools of different generations,this paper selects famous Chinese teachers in Primary School Attached to Northeast Normal University(PSANNU)since its establishment 70 years ago as the research object,and tries to summarize and conclude the common points and uniqueness of the educational ideas of Chinese teachers with the characteristics of PSANNU in different times from the personal point of view by sorting out their educational ideas,teaching practices and related works.At the same time,it also tries to explore the intergenerational continuation and innovation of primary school Chinese teachers’educational ideas in the context of the times,thus providing effective resources and valuable learning experience for the professional growth of frontline Chinese teachers.
