摘要
目的调查分析广西柳州地区成年体检人群甲状腺功能流行病学特点,为成年居民甲状腺功能健康教育及甲状腺疾病预防策略提供科学参考。方法收集2018年1月至2020年12月广西柳州地区成人在广西科技大学两所附属医院体检的1278例,收集研究对象静脉血检测甲状腺功能,采用t检验、χ^(2)检验、Spearman系数和Pearson系数对甲状腺功能异常情况进行分析。结果广西柳州地区成人甲减患病率为0.94%,甲亢患病率为0.70%,亚临床甲减患病率为7.82%,亚临床甲亢患病率为1.25%。甲状腺功能异常人群中,亚临床甲状腺疾病患病率明显高于临床甲状腺疾病患病率(84.67%vs 15.32%)(χ^(2)=8.21,P<0.01)。女性甲状腺功能异常患病率(12.37%)高于男性(7.16%)(χ^(2)=7.85,P<0.01)。男性TSH水平低于女性(t=-2.970,P=0.003)、FT3水平高于女性(t=5.338,P<0.001)。年龄与FT4存在正相关(r=0.067,P=0.016)。结论广西柳州地区成人甲状腺功能异常以亚临床甲减为主,女性甲状腺功能异常患病率高于男性。定期检测甲状腺功能,有助于及早发现甲状腺功能异常,起到早发现、早治疗的作用。
Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of thyroid function in the adult physical examination population in Liuzhou,Guangxi,and to provide scientific reference for health education on thyroid function and thyroid disease prevention strategies for adult residents.Methods A total of 1,278 adults in the Liuzhou area of Guangxi province who underwent physical examinations at two hospitals affiliated with Guangxi University of Science and Technology from January,2018 to December,2020 were collected for the study.Venous blood was collected from the study subjects to test thyroid function,and t test,χ^(2) test,Spearman and Pearson correlations were performed to analyze the abnormal thyroid function.Results The prevalence of hypothyroidism in adults in Liuzhou,Guangxi province was 0.94%,while hyperthyroidism of 0.70%,subclinical hypothyroidism of 7.82%and subclinical hyperthyroidism of 1.25%.The prevalence of subclinical thyroid disease was significantly higher than that of clinical thyroid disease in the abnormal thyroid function population(84.67%vs 15.32%)(χ^(2)=8.21,P<0.01).The prevalence of abnormal thyroid function was higher in women(12.37%)than in men(7.16%)(χ^(2)=7.85,P<0.01).Men had lower TSH levels than women(t=-2.970,P=0.003)and higher FT 3 levels than women(t=5.338,P<0.001).There was a positive correlation between age and FT 4(r=0.067,P=0.016).Conclusion Subclinical hypothyroidism is predominant in adults with abnormal thyroid function in Liuzhou,Guangxi province,and the prevalence of abnormal thyroid function is higher in females than in males.Regular testing of thyroid function can help to detect thyroid function abnormalities early and play a role in the early detection and treatment.
