摘要
针对地市级配网自动化调度系统运行态势不稳定的问题,提出了配网自动化调度系统安全运行态势感知方法。采用特征分解法选取指定的地市级城市数据信息,结合学习算法得到配网调度系统的防御空间分布,构建运行态势感知数据分析模型;根据模糊特征融合方法,提取配网调度系统安全运行态势感知信息,感知影响地市级配网自动化调度态势的主要因素,并量化处理,实现安全运行态势感知。实验结果表明,该方法不仅可以保证自动化调度系统的稳定性,而且可以提高态势感知效率,为地市级配网自动化调度提供保障。
In order to solve the unstable operation situation of the distribution network automatic dispatching system at prefecture level,a safe operation situational awareness method of distribution network automatic dispatching system is proposed.The feature decomposition method is used to select the data information of the designated prefecture level cities,combined with the learning algorithm to obtain the defense spatial distribution of the distribution network dispatching system,and the operation situational awareness data analysis model is constructed.According to the fuzzy feature fusion method,the safe operation situational awareness information of distribution network dispatching system is extracted,and the main factors affecting the automatic dispatching situation of prefecture level distribution network are perceived,which would be then quantified to realize the safe operation situational awareness.The experiment results show that this method can not only ensure the stability of the automatic dispatching system,but also improve the efficiency of the situational awareness and provide guarantee for the automatic dispatching of prefecture level distribution network.
