基于全磁选工艺不同硅含量铁精矿产品的质量控制

摘要 尖山铁矿全磁流程改造投产后质量波动较大,面对新工艺流程,通过不断采取工艺技术优化措施、摸索不同硅含量铁精矿产品的质量控制方法,并构建一系列工序质量管理机制,实现了不同硅含量铁精矿产品生产的快速切换,提高了产品质量,最大限度地满足用户需求。 The quality of Jianshan iron ore fluctuates greatly after the whole magnetic separation process is transformed and put into production.With the new technological process,through the continuous adoption of process technology optimization measures,the quality control method of iron ore concentrate products with different silica content is explored,a series of process quality management mechanisms is built and the quick switching of production of iron ore concentrate product with different silica content is achieved.All these improve product quality and maximize customer satisfaction.
