政府、充电桩运营商和消费者在新能源汽车产业的三方演化博弈研究 被引量:1

摘要 发展新能源汽车是应对气候变化、推动绿色发展的战略举措。为了有效应对能源和环境的压力,运用演化博弈理论,构建了政府、充电桩运营商和消费者的三方演化博弈模型,得到不同情形下该模型的演化稳定策略,并用MATLAB2019数据仿真分析了不同因素对于参与主体策略选择的影响。研究结果表明:政府、充电桩运营商和消费者各自的演化稳定策略会受到其他主体策略选择的影响,政府最终会选择不进行补贴,充电桩收入的变动会改变充电桩运营商的策略,“寻桩成本”相较于“新能源汽车的购置成本”会对消费者的策略选择产生更大的影响。 Developing new energy vehicles is a strategic measure to cope with climate change and promote green development.In order to effectively deal with the pressure of energy and environment,using evolutionary game theory,this paper constructs a three-party evolutionary game model of government,charging pile operators and consumers,obtains the evolutionary stability strategy of the model under different situations,and simulates and analyzes the influence of different factors on the strategy choice of participants with matlab2019 data.The results show that the evolution and stability strategies of the government,charge pile operators and consumers will be affected by the strategy choices of other subjects.The government will eventually choose not to subsidize,and the change of charge pile income will change the strategy of charge pile operators.The "cost of finding piles" will have a greater impact on consumers' strategy choices than the "purchase cost of new energy vehicles".
