摘要
目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清磷脂酰丝氨酸特异性磷脂酶A1(PS-PLA1)、血小板反应蛋白1(TSP-1)与疾病活动指数(SLEDAI-2000)评分的关系。方法:选取2020年4月-2021年6月在我院治疗的85例SLE患者为研究对象,根据SLEDAI-2000评分分为轻度活动组(n=37,5~9分)、中度活动组(n=26,10~14分)、重度活动组(n=22,≥15分)。比较三组一般资料,比较三组血清PS-PLA1、TSP-1水平,Pearson分析PS-PLA1、TSP-1水平与SLEDAI-2000评分相关性;多因素分析SLE患者疾病活动度的影响因素。结果:重度活动组ESR、CRP抗dsDNA抗体、PS-PLA1、TSP-1水平均高于中度活动组、轻度活动组,重度活动组补体C3、补体C4均低于中度活动组、轻度活动组(P<0.05);Pearson分析显示,ESR、CRP、抗dsDNA抗体、PS-PLA1、TSP-1水平与SLEDAI-2000评分呈正相关(P<0.05),补体C3、补体C4与SLEDAI-2000评分呈负相关(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,SR、CRP、补体C3、补体C4、抗dsDNA抗体、PS-PLA1、TSP-1水平是影响SLE患者疾病活动度的独立危险因素。结论:SLE患者血清PS-PLA1、TSP-1水平异常增加,且与疾病活动度呈正相关,可用于辅助评估SLE患者疾病活动度。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum phosphatidylserine specific phospholipase A1(PS-PLA1),platelet reactive protein 1(TSP-1)and disease activity index(SLEDAI-2000)in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:85 SLE patients treated in our hospital from April 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the SLEDAI-2000 score,they were divided into mild activity group(n=37,5~9 points),moderate activity group(n=26,10~14 points)and severe activity group(n=22,≥15 points).The general data of the three groups were compared.The levels of serum PS-PLA1 and TSP-1 in the three groups were compared.Pearson analyzed the correlation between the levels of PS-PLA1 and TSP-1 and SLEDAI-2000 score;The influencing factors of disease activity in SLE patients were analyzed by multivariate analysis.Results:The levels of ESR,CRP,anti dsDNA antibody,PS-PLA1 and TSP-1 in the severely active group were higher than those in the moderately active group and the lightly active group.The levels of complement C3 and C4 in the severely active group were lower than those in the moderately active group and the lightly active group(P<0.05);Pearson analysis showed that ESR,CRP,anti dsDNA antibody,PS-PLA1 and TSP-1 levels were positively correlated with SLEDAI-2000 score(P<0.05),and complement C3 and C4 were negatively correlated with SLEDAI-2000 score(P<0.05);Multivariate analysis showed that SR,CRP,complement C3,complement C4,anti dsDNA antibody,PS-PLA1 and TSP-1 levels were independent risk factors for disease activity in SLE patients.Conclusion:The levels of serum PS-PLA1 and TSP-1 in patients with SLE increased abnormally and were positively correlated with the disease activity,which can be used to assist in evaluating the disease activity of SLE patients.
