摘要
医学教育不仅是医学知识和实践技能的培养,还应强调医学人文素质和实践能力的培育。随着现代医学模式的转变,医学人文精神越来越受到社会各界的广泛关注。而医学院校作为人才培养基地,加强医学生人文素质培养势在必行。生理科学实验是医学生基础医学教学阶段的重要教学内容之一,整个教学过程涉及到大量的动物实验,因此将人文素质教育渗入到生理科学实验教学中,对于提高医学生的培养质量具有重要的现实意义。该文在分析医学生人文素质教育现状的基础上,探讨人文素质教育渗透生理科学实验教学的有效途径;加强医学生对人文素质教育重要性的认知;提高师资队伍的人文素质水平;创造良好的培养环境。培养适应时代发展的医德高尚、医术高超的新型医学人才。
Medical education is not only the cultivation of medical knowledge and practical skills,but also the cultivation of medical humanities and practical abilities.With the transformation of modern medical model,medical humanism has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.As the training base of medical students,it is imperative to strengthen the training of medical students'human qualities.Physiological science experiment is one of the important teaching contents of medical students in the basic medical teaching stage,the whole teaching process involves more animal experiment,so it is of great practical significance to infiltrate the humanistic quality education into the experimental teaching of physiological science in order to improve the quality of medical students'training.Based on the analysis of the present situation of humanistic quality-oriented education for medical students,this paper discusses the effective way of infiltration of humanistic quality-oriented education into experimental teaching of physiology,strengthens medical students'awareness of the importance of humanistic quality education,improves the human quality of the teaching staff,creates a good nurturing environment.The aim is to cultivate new medical talents with noble medical ethics and excellent medical skills adapted to the development of the times.
