乳酸菌发酵饲料对蛋鸡脏器指数及血液抗氧化和免疫指标的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为研究植物乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌发酵饲料对蛋鸡血液抗氧化指标、疫苗免疫抗体水平和主要脏器指数的影响,试验选取288只37周龄健康的海兰蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组设6个重复。第1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;第2组、第3组和第4组分别饲喂用5%乳酸菌发酵饲料+95%基础日粮、10%乳酸菌发酵饲料+90%基础日粮和15%乳酸菌发酵饲料+85%基础日粮的混合日粮。试验期60 d。结果表明:第3、4组蛋鸡血浆总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。第2~4组蛋鸡血浆禽流感H9N1疫苗和新城疫疫苗免疫抗体水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。第2~4组蛋鸡的肝脏指数极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);第4组的脾脏指数显著高于对照组和第2组(P<0.05)。可见,用植物乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌发酵饲料替代蛋鸡配合饲料,可提高蛋鸡抗氧化能力和免疫功能。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus acidophilus fermented feed on blood antioxidant index,vaccine immune antibody level and main organ index of laying hens.288 healthy 37 week old Hailan laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group.The first group was the control group,fed with basic diet;Group 2,group 3 and group 4 were fed mixed diets with 5%lactic acid bacteria fermented feed+95%basic diet,10%lactic acid bacteria fermented feed+90%basic diet and 15%lactic acid bacteria fermented feed+85%basic diet,respectively.The test period was 60 days.The results showed that the activity of plasma total antioxidant capacity,glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutasein in group 2~4 layers was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the content of plasma malondialdehyde was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The immune antibody levels of plasma avian influenza H9N1 vaccine and Newcastle disease vaccine in groups 2~4 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The liver index of laying hens in groups 2~4 was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01);The spleen index of group 4 was significantly higher than that of control group and group 2(P<0.05).It could be seen that using Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus acidophilus fermented feed to replace part of the compound feed of laying hens could improve the antioxidant capacity and immune function of laying hens.
