摘要
“华龙一号”机组是当前核电市场上接受度最高的三代核电机型之一,是我国核电创新发展的重大标志性成果。核能汽轮发电机是大型核电站核心设备,是将核能转化为电能的关键设备之一。全球首台“华龙一号”汽轮发电机由东方电气集团自主研制。对发电机总体和关键部件的设计和开发,确保了先进性、安全性。在计算方法、结构布置、结构材料、绝缘技术等方面进行了多项设计创新,发电机性能参数达到世界先进水平。东方电气自动控制工程有限公司提供的国产在线漏氢检测装置方案在该项目中成功应用。
"Hualong No.1"unit is one of the three generation nuclear power generator types with the highest acceptance in the current nuclear power market,and is a significant landmark achievement in the innovative development of nuclear power in China.Nuclear power turbogenerators are the core equipment of large nuclear power plants,and are one of the key equipment for converting nuclear energy into electrical energy.The world's first"Hualong No.1"steam turbine generator was independently developed by Dongfang Electric Group.The design and development of the overall generator and key components ensured progressiveness,reliability and safety.A number of design innovations have been made in calculation methods,structural layout,structural materials,insulation technology,and other aspects.The performance parameters of the generator have reached the world's advanced level.The domestic online hydrogen leakage detection device scheme provided by our company has been successfully applied in this project.
