Objective To explore the effect of WeChat interaction on posture, gait and quality of life of patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 34 patients with PD who were hospitalized in a third-class A hospital in Zhengzhou from January 2022 to June 2022.A WeChat interactive management team with multiple disciplines such as neurology, rehabilitation and neuropsychology was established to interact with patients with Parkinson's disease through WeChat group and WeChat widget to implement remote rehabilitation intervention. Results After 6 months of intervention, the BBS score of the patients was higher than that before intervention, and the 3mTUG time and PDQ-39 score were lower than that before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The remote rehabilitation intervention program based on WeChat interaction can effectively improve the posture and gait disorders of patients with Parkinson's disease and improve their quality of life.
