苍术提取物对临床分离多药耐药大肠埃希菌的抑菌活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 了解苍术水煎剂、苍术颗粒剂及苍术素对临床分离多重耐药大肠埃希菌的抑菌效果及与黄芩素协同作用的抑菌活性研究。方法 制备苍术挥发油和苍术水煎剂;测定苍术提取物对多药耐药大肠埃希氏菌的最小抑菌浓度;利用黄芩素联合苍术素进行中药协同最小抑菌浓度的研究。结果 苍术挥发油对耐药菌有一定的抑制作用,苍术素的最小抑菌浓度是25 mg/ml;苍术素与黄芩素协同作用于病原菌时,苍术素浓度降至6.25 mg/ml,黄芩素浓度降至6.25 mg/ml甚至更低的3.125 mg/ml时能抑制菌的生长。结论 通过对耐药菌最小抑菌浓度测定,证明苍术挥发油和单体苍术素对耐药菌具有一定的抑菌作用,苍术素对耐药菌有明显的抑菌效果,苍术素与黄芩素作用于耐药菌时具有协同作用可提高抑菌活性。 Objective To understand the antibacterial effect of Rhizoma Atractylodis decoction,Rhizoma Atractylodis granules and Rhizoma Atractylodis on clinical isolates of multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli,and to study the synergistic antibacterial activity with baicalein.Methods Rhizoma Atractylodis volatile oil and Rhizoma Atractylodis decoction were prepared.The minimum inhibitory concentration of Atractylodes extract against multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli was determined.The synergistic minimum inhibitory concentration of traditional Chinese medicine by baicalein combined with Atractylodes was studied.Results The volatile oil of Atractylodes lancea had certain inhibitory effect on drug-resistant bacteria,and the minimum inhibitory concentration of Atractylodes was 25mg/mL.When Atractylodes and Baicalein act synergistically on pathogenic bacteria,the concentration of Atractylodes decreases to 6.25mg/mL and Baicalein decreases to 6.25mg/mL or even lower to 3.125mg/mL,which can inhibit the growth of bacteria.Conclusion Through the determination of minimum inhibitory concentration of drug-resistant bacteria,it is proved that the volatile oil of Atractylodes lancea and monomer Atractylodes have certain antibacterial effect on drug-resistant bacteria,and Atractylodes has obvious antibacterial effect on drug-resistant bacteria.Atractylodes and baicalein have synergistic effect on drug-resistant bacteria,which can improve the antibacterial activity.
