摘要
目的 分析伴抑郁情绪的功能性胃肠病患者应用马来酸氟伏沙明辅治疗的效果及对其血清单胺神经递质的影响。方法 将我科2020年1月~2022年1月期间符合入选标准的86例伴抑郁情绪的功能性胃肠病患者作为研究对象,以抽签法进行分组。常规组43例给予多潘立酮治疗,研究组43例给予多潘立酮联合马来酸氟伏沙明治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、症状评分、不良情绪、血清单胺神经递质、不良反应。结果 两组患者总有效率没有显著区别(P>0.05);两组患者便秘、腹泻、恶心呕吐、嗳气分值比较没有显著区别(P>0.05);研究组汉密顿抑郁量表、抑郁自评量表分值均低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者去甲肾上腺素、5-羟色胺水平均高于常规组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较没有显著区别(P>0.05)。结论 多潘立酮联合马来酸氟伏沙明能够有效改善伴抑郁情绪的功能性胃肠病患者抑郁状态及单胺神经递质水平,减轻临床症状,发挥治疗效果,且具有较高的安全性。
Objective To analyze the effect of adjuvant fluvoxamine maleate therapy and its effect on serum monoamine neurotransmitters in functional gastrointestinal disease patients with depression.Methods A total of 86 patients with functional gastrointestinal disease with depression who met the inclusion criteria in our department from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into groups by lottery.43 cases in the control group were treated with domperidone,and 43 cases in the observation group were treated with domperidone combined with fluvoxamine maleate.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,adverse mood,serum serotonin neurotransmitter and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was not significantly different between two groups(P>0.05).The scores of constipation,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting and belching were not significantly different between two groups(P>0.05).The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale and self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of norepinephrine and 5-hydroxytryptamine in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was not significantly different between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Domperidone combined with fluvoxamine maleate can effectively improve the depression state and monoamine neurotransmitter level in functional gastrointestinal patients with depression,reduce their clinical symptoms,and has high safety.
