摘要
目的确定艾纳香裸花紫珠液体创可贴的处方工艺,并评价其抑菌性能。方法提取分离滇桂艾纳香和裸花紫珠中的抑菌活性成分,以黏稠性、皮肤触感、气味、pH值和成膜时间为指标筛选液体创可贴的基质处方,制备艾纳香裸花紫珠液体创可贴。采用滤纸片法测定液体创可贴对大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径,根据抑菌圈大小判定艾纳香裸花紫珠液体创可贴的抑菌作用。结果初步确定艾纳香裸花紫珠液体创可贴处方由艾纳香裸花紫珠提取浓缩液12 g、聚乙烯醇1788(PVA-1788)10 g、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K90(PVP-K90)2 g、甘油1 g和乙醇75 g组成,艾纳香裸花紫珠液体创可贴对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径为11.2 mm,对大肠埃希氏菌的抑菌圈直径为13.3 mm。结论初步确定了艾纳香裸花紫珠液体创可贴的处方工艺,艾纳香裸花紫珠液体创可贴对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有抑制作用。
Objective To determine the prescription and technology of iquid band aid containing blumea riparia and callicarpa nudiflora and evaluate its antibacterial activity.Methods Extract and separate the antibacterial active components from blumea riparia and callicarpa nudiflora,screen the matrix prescription of liquid band aid with the indexes of viscosity,skin touch,odor,pH value and film-forming time,and prepare the liquid band aid ocontaining blumea riparia and callicarpa nudiflora.The diameter of inhibition zone of liquid band aid against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was measured by filter paper method,and the inhibition effect of liquid band aid was determined according to the size of inhibition zone.Results Preliminarily determine the prescription of the liquid band aid containing blumea riparia and callicarpa nudiflora composed of extract and concentrate of blumea riparia and callicarpa nudiflora 12 g,PVA-178810 g,PVP-k902 g,glycerol 1g and ethanol 75 g.The diameter of bacteriostatic circle of liquid band aid against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was 11.2 mm and 13.3 mm respectively.Conclusion This study preliminarily determined the prescription technology of the liquid band aid containing blumea riparia and callicarpa nudiflora.The liquid band aid has inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.
