不同季节笼养蛋鸡舍环境质量监测与分析 被引量:1

摘要 本试验旨在研究分析不同季节密闭式层叠笼养蛋鸡舍内不同区域的环境质量。试验比较分析了舍内不同季节下的不同笼层、水平方向和垂直方向以及不同监测时间、监测季节的环境指标,并进行了各环境因子之间的相关性分析。结果表明:冬季、春季和夏季层叠式1、2、3层环境指标无显著差异(P>0.05);不同季节水平方向,冬季有害气体浓度后端显著高于前端(P<0.05),风速前端显著低于后端(P<0.05),春季CO_(2)浓度前端显著低于后端(P<0.05);垂直方向,冬季和夏季侧墙边有害气体浓度均显著高于中间区域(P<0.05),风速均显著低于中间区域(P<0.05);不同监测时间,12:00~13:00相对湿度和有害气体浓度显著低于0:00~1:00和6:00~7:00(P<0.05),风速均显著高于其他监测时间(P<0.05);不同监测季节,夏季温度和湿度显著高于冬季和春季(P<0.05),冬季相对湿度显著高于春季(P<0.05),冬季有害气体浓度均显著高于春季和夏季(P<0.05),春季NH_(3)和CO_(2)浓度显著高于夏季(P<0.05),夏季风速显著高于冬季和春季(P<0.05),春季风速显著高于冬季(P<0.05);各环境因子间的相关系数,温度与相对湿度和H2S浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),相对湿度与NH_(3)、CO_(2)和H2S浓度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与风速呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。综上所述,本试验通过监测不同季节密闭式层叠笼养蛋鸡舍内各项环境指标,发现通过合理的环境控制技术能够保证舍内各项环境指标符合相关要求,舍内各监测点不同季节、水平方向、垂直方向、监测时间之间环境质量存在差异,部分环境因子之间存在相关性。 The study was conducted to investigate the environmental quality in different areas of the laying hens caged in different seasons.The experiment compares and analyzes the environmental indicators of different cage layers,horizontal and vertical directions,and different time periods in different seasons,and analyzes the correlation between various environmental factors.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the environmental indicators of each cage layer in different seasons(P>0.05);In different horizontal directions,the concentration of harmful gases in back was significantly higher than that in front in winter(P<0.05),the wind speed in front end was significantly lower than that in back end(P<0.05),and the CO_(2)concentration in front end was significantly lower than that in back in spring(P<0.05);In different vertical directions,the concentration of harmful gases near the sidewall in winter and summer were significantly higher than that in the middle area(P<0.05),and the wind speed was significantly lower than that in the middle area(P<0.05);At different monitoring times,the relative humidity and the concentration of harmful gases from 12:00 to 13:00 were significantly lower than 0:00 to 1:00 and 6:00 to 7:00(P<0.05),and the wind speed was significantly higher than other monitoring times(P<0.05);In different monitoring seasons,the temperature and humidity in summer were significantly higher than those in winter and spring(P<0.05),the relative humidity in winter was significantly higher than that in spring(P<0.05),the concentrations of harmful gases in winter were significantly higher than those in spring and summer(P<0.05),the concentrations of NH_(3) and CO_(2) in spring were significantly higher than those in summer(P<0.05),the wind speed in summer was significantly higher than that in winter and spring(P<0.05),and the spring was significantly higher than that in winter(P<0.05);The correlation coefficient among environmental factors,temperature,relative humidity and H_2S concentration were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05),relative humidity,NH_(3),CO_(2) and H_2S concentration were significantly positively correlated(P<0.01),and wind speed was significantly negatively correlated(P<0.05).In conclusion,through monitoring various environmental indicators in the closed and caged laying hen house in different seasons,this test found that reasonable environmental control technology can ensure that various environmental indicators in the house meet the relevant requirements.There are differences in environmental quality among monitoring points in different seasons,horizontal direction,vertical direction and monitoring time,and some environmental indicators are correlated.
