摘要
安徽省金寨县是中国革命的重要策源地,曾经的深度贫困县,其脱贫致富广受党和国家的重视,当下金寨县脱贫攻坚任务已顺利完成,绝对贫困问题已得到根本解决。目前,金寨县三农工作的重心已由“脱贫攻坚”转向“乡村振兴”。以欠发达地区乡村振兴为切入点,通过梳理脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的内在逻辑关系,分析金寨县在巩固脱贫成果接续推进乡村振兴过程中的现实基础与面临的实际困境,从政治、经济、文化、社会、生态等五个方面探究脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴相衔接的对策建议,以期为当下乡村振兴提供有益借鉴。
Jinzhai County in Anhui Province is an important source of the Chinese revolution.Once a deeply impoverished county,its poverty alleviation has been widely valued and concerned by the Party and the state.At present,the task of poverty alleviation in Jinzhai County has been successfully completed,and the problem of absolute poverty has been fundamentally solved.At present,the focus of the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in Jinzhai County has shifted from"poverty alleviation"to"rural revitalization".Taking rural revitalization in old revolutionary base areas as the starting point,through sorting out the internal logical relationship between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,Jinzhai County is analyzed in the process of consolidating poverty alleviation achievements and promoting rural revitalization in the realistic basis and the actual predicament it faces,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are explored from the political,economic,cultural,social,ecological and other five aspects.In order to provide useful reference for the current rural revitalization.
