摘要
新冠肺炎疫情的暴发给农民工就业带来了巨大的冲击。新生代女性农民工作为未来就业市场中的重要组成部分,更容易受到疫情影响,也更倾向于本地就业。以贵州省桐梓县为例,梳理其促进新生代女性农民工本地就业的实践经验,从内部动力和外部支持的视角总结出桐梓县政府促进该县新生代女性农民工本地就业的模式。研究发现,此模式为基层政府促进本地就业具有良好的示范作用。
The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought a huge impact on the employment of migrant workers.As an important part of the future employment market,the female migrant workers of new generation are more vulnerable to the impact of the epidemic and they are more inclined to local employment.Taking Tongzi County of Guizhou Province as a case,this paper combs the practical experience in promoting the local employment of the female migrant workers of new generation,and summarizes the model of Tongzi County Government in promoting the local employment of the female migrant workers of new generation from the perspectives of internal motivation and external support.The results show that this model has set a good example for grass-roots governments to promote local employment.
