专业认证背景下高职师范类专业建设——现实挑战与发展路向 被引量:1

On the Construction of Teacher-training Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of Professional Accreditation--The Realistic Challenges and Development Direction

摘要 提高教师培养质量是高等教育领域始终关注与追求的焦点,师范类专业认证旨在促使高校培养出更多高素质专业化创新型教师队伍,高职院校为基础教育师资队伍培养做出了重要贡献,面对基于不同教育类型的办学理念冲突与社会要求提高的现实挑战,高职院校亟需厘清办学思路,秉持育人这一根本任务,遵循师范类专业认证的指导思想,参透认证标准,面向师范生与地区基础教育需求,持续深入改进,发挥高职资源优势,增强专业自信与竞争力。 Improving the quality of teacher training is always the focus and pursuit of higher education.Professional accreditation in the teacher-training majors aims at cultivate more high-quality professional and innovative teachers.Vocational colleges have made significant contributions to the teachers'training in basic education.Facing the realistic challenges based on the conflicts of educational concepts in different education types,and higher requirements of the society,it is urgent for higher vocational colleges to clarify the school-running ideas,adhere to the fundamental task of educating students,follow the guiding thought of teacher professional accreditation,understand the accreditation standards,continue to make in-depth improvement to meet the needs of normal students and local basic education,give full play to the colleges'advantages in resources,and enhance their professional confidence and competitiveness.
