基于混料设计的煤矸石保温砖性能试验研究

摘要 采用单纯形格子点设计研究了煤矸石、粉煤灰和黏土的最佳配比,而后进行了补充试验,探究了煤矸石和黏土配比对保温砖性能的影响。试验结果表明:兼顾保温砖的抗压强度和导热系数指标,通过配方试验设计得到煤矸石保温砖的最佳配比为50.94%∶18.81%∶30.10%,抗压强度和导热系数的预测值为7.01 MPa和0.250 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),并以配比煤矸石∶粉煤灰∶黏土=50%∶20%∶30%进行验证,得到煤矸石保温砖的抗压强度为7.15 MPa,导热系数为0.238 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),与预测值相近。随着黏土含量的增加,同时减少煤矸石含量,抗压强度不断增加;随着煤矸石含量的增加,导热系数则不断降低。 The optimum ratio of coal gangue,fly ash and clay is studied by using the simplex lattice point design,and then the above tests are supplemented to explore the influence of the ratio of coal gangue and clay on the performance of insulation bricks.The experimental results show that the optimal ratio of coal gangue insulation bricks is 50.94%∶18.81%∶30.10%,taking into account the compressive strength and thermal conductivity indicators of insulation bricks.The predicted values of compressive strength and thermal conductivity are 7.01 MPa and 0.25 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),and verified with the ratio of coal gangue∶fly ash∶clay=50%∶20%∶30%.The compressive strength of coal gangue insulation bricks is 7.15 MPa,and the thermal conductivity is 0.238 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),close to the predicted value.With the increase of clay content and the decrease of coal gangue content,the compressive strength continues to increase.As the content of coal gangue increases,the thermal conductivity continuously decreases.
