成型参数对3D打印柔性聚氨酯制件层间黏结性能的影响

摘要 为提高三维(3D)打印柔性聚氨酯(TPU)制件的层间黏结性能,选择层高、打印速度、打印温度为正交试验影响因子,通过正交试验设计,对3D打印柔性TPU制件的平均剥离强度和拉伸强度进行测试与分析。结果表明,层高和打印温度对3D打印柔性TPU制件层间黏结性能的影响显著,打印速度对柔性TPU制件层间黏结性能的影响不显著,影响程度排序为层高>打印温度>打印速度。在0.1~0.3 mm范围内,层高越小,柔性TPU制件的层间黏结性能越好。在30~50 mm/s范围内,打印速度越小,柔性TPU制件的层间黏结性能越好。在195~215℃范围内,打印温度越高,柔性TPU制件的层间黏结性能越好。正交试验优选参数组合为:层高0.1 mm、打印温度215℃、打印速度30 mm/s,通过此参数组合制作完成的柔性TPU制件的平均剥离强度为4.08 N/mm、拉伸强度为6.56 MPa,层间黏结性能最佳。 In order to improve the interlaminar bonding performance of three dimensional(3D)printed flexible polyurethane(TPV)products by melt deposition,the layer height,printing speed and printing temperature were selected as the influencing factors of orthogonal experiment.Through orthogonal experiment design,the average peel strength and tensile strength of 3D printed flexible TPU products were tested and analyzed.The results show that the layer height and printing temperature have significant effects on the interlaminar bonding performance of 3D printing flexible TPU products,while the printing speed has no significant effect on the interlaminar bonding performance of flexible TPU products.The influence degree of the three factors is ranked as layer height>printing temperature>printing speed.In the range of 0.1-0.3 mm,the smaller the layer height,the better the interlayer bonding performance of flexible TPU products could be obtained.In the range of 30-50 mm/s,the lower the printing speed,the better the interlayer bonding performance of flexible TPU products could be obtained.In the range of 195-215℃,the higher the printing temperature,the better the interlayer bonding performance of flexible TPU products could be obtained.The optimal parameter combination of orthogonal test is layer height 0.1 mm,printing temperature 215℃,printing speed 30 mm/s.The average peel strength and tensile strength of flexible TPU fabricated by this parameter combination are 4.08 N/mm and 6.56 MPa respectively,and the interlayer bonding performance is the best.
