摘要
解决农村问题仍然是实现社会主义现代化建设最艰巨的任务,农村在全面推进乡村振兴中具有重要作用。乡村振兴本质上涉及城市和农村之间的关系。为了将乡村振兴定位在城乡融合发展的框架内,有必要改变以往的观点,从多个角度来看待这个问题。因此,我们要统筹城乡,承认城乡功能差异,更好地认识农村的价值,以融合发展促进乡村振兴,开创乡村振兴的新局面,促进乡村振兴和城乡融合协调发展。
Solving rural problems remains the most arduous task in implementing socialist modernisation,and rural areas have an im⁃portant role to play in the overall promotion of rural revitalisation.Rural revitalization essentially involves the relationship between urban and rural areas.In order to position rural revitalisation within the framework of integrated urban-rural development,it is necessary to change the previous viewpoint and look at the issue from multiple perspectives.Therefore,we need to integrate urban and rural areas,recognise the functional differences between urban and rural areas,better understand the value of rural areas,promote rural revitalisation with integrated development,create a new situation of rural revitalisation and ensure the coordinated development of rural revitalisation and urban-rural in⁃tegration.
